Our Conversations for Change training is based on behaviour change theory, psychological practice, the MAP Model of Behaviour Change and the principles of motivational interviewing.
Training
An eLearning module is available now to complete online and introduces the main principles of motivational interviewing and behaviour change.

The AMU-Farm Project
The AMU-FARM Project is a collaboration between AHI, Teagasc and Queen’s University Belfast to evaluate our Conversations for Change training delivered to farm advisors and veterinarians.
The programme is being evaluated by QUB PhD student Laura Gribben, using questionnaires, skills assessments, focus groups and interviews with learners. Results will be shared as they are published.
